At Rustic Furniture Depot, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our handcrafted pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandizing Authorization (RMA).
Prepare for Pickup or Shipping
Carefully repackage your furniture in its original crate or box, ensuring all protective padding is in place to prevent damage during the return journey.
Schedule the Transport
For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a specialized freight carrier to collect the item from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our warehouse to verify its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
